Ordering a Home Gym!

Once you have decided which home gym you would like to purchase, you can place an order over the phone using a major credit card. Your order will not be processed until both partied have agreed upon a delivery period.

Shipping and Delivery!

All home gyms are shipped FCB Chicago, Illinois. We can either ship you a boxed unit or we can arrange for inside delivery and set-up. Upon ordering you will be given an estimated delivery date immediately. Our own staff of professional delivery personnel will make all midwestern deliveries. Outside of the midwest we use a network of independent reliable delivery professionals.

Return Policy!

HomeGymWarehouse.Net stands ehind every product that it sells. If you are unhappy with a home gym that you have purchased from us, it may be returned (freight prepaid) within 20 days for a full refund (less any original shipping and installation charges). Just call us at (800) 359-4609 and we will issue a return authorization # (RA) as well as help arrange for the home gym to be picked up. The return shipment must be freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage.

Service Procedure!

At HomeGymWarehouse.Net we also service everything that we sell. To arrange for service the customer must have the make, model, and serial # of the home gym. Then give us a call at (800) 359-4660 or use our service request page. We will then make arrangements for prompt in home service of your home gym.
